Each year, EC&C must complete a budget of income and expenditure. The Chair of Finance needs to deliver that budget to the Board no later than September 1, 2024.
As a chair of a District Committee or a District Leader, you are requested to submit a budget for your committee or office expenses. Any expenditure over $150 must be identified individually. If you need to meet with your committee before determining your budget, please arrange to do that before the August 18, 2024, deadline. If you are a new committee chair, please discuss any expenses required with the current committee chair.
For the Finance committee, a simple request form is shown below. Your committee may adopt a much more granular budget for its use, but the submission should only show the highlights.
