As LGD you are expected to attend the Lieutenant Governor Training Conference to be held in Montego Bay Jamaica May 14-15, 2024. The two-day conference is held just prior to the ECC District Convention. You should arrive in Montego Bay on Monday May 13, 2024, so that you are prepared for an 8:00 a.m. start time on Tuesday morning.
Your hotel accommodation on Monday, May 13th and Tuesday May 14th, and fifty percent of your travel cost will be paid by the District. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for you on Tuesday and Wednesday.
You are expected to book and manage your own travel and accommodation. You may claim the District portion on the expenses on the District Expense Form.
